This is the first time I've used to casino guru for disputes and reviews. I was advised by a friend both of us were skeptical but I was so wrong. My dispute took a while and when the casino said that they did not agree with the decision not to pay I lost all hope I thought well atleast I gave it a go. When all hope is lost I receive an email from the casino. Their decision changed and they have agreed to fix it. For anyone that feels like they haven't done anything wrong. I stronger recommend going through casino for disputes. Because they will try their best to give you the best outcome. I was grateful already when I had though this was going to be unsuccessful but it didn't. Shoutout to Adam.mclean the case manager assigned to my dispute love your work mate
